Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At White Ink Decor, we pride ourselves on providing a customer-friendly experience. Whether it’s cancellations, returns, or refunds, we strive to make the process as smooth as possible while maintaining transparency.

(To ensure easy returns refund & cancellation , PLEASE MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE THIS MANDATORY. NO VIDEOS OR IMAGES IS ACCEPTABLE AFTER THE PACKAGE IS OPENED. THIS IS MANDATORY.
1- Wrong Product Dispatched: If the product received does not match your order.
2- Quality/Manufacturing Defects: Identifiable issues with the product’s quality.
3- Damaged Condition: Products received with visible transit damage or breakage
4- Change of Mind: If the product doesn’t fit your decor, you can request an exchange only—store credits will not be provided.
A partial freight cost will be deducted based on the invoice value:
₹0 - ₹999: ₹150
₹1,000 - ₹2,999: ₹350
₹3,000 - ₹4,999: ₹500
₹5,000 and above: 10% of order value

Return Process

Eligibility:
- Returns are applicable within 7 days of delivery for reasons such as damaged products, manufacturing defects, or incorrect products.
- Items must be returned with original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, and invoices.
- Products must be unused and in original condition.

Unboxing Video:
- Send an unboxing video showing the damaged part and the entire product to thewhiteinkdecor@gmail.com or +91-9899637758.

Approval Process:
- Return requests are reviewed within 2-3 days of submission. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup.
- It typically takes 7-10 days for the product to reach our warehouse, where it undergoes a quality check.

Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are available only for damaged or defective products.
- Refunds will be initiated within 2-3 days of quality check approval and processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to your account within 5-6 days.
- COD Orders: Refunded via NEFT transfer (account details required).

Exchange for Change of Mind:
Exchanges are applicable for products not meeting your decor preferences, subject to the deduction of partial freight costs.

Breakages
In case of transit damage or breakage:

- Send video and pictures of the damaged product to +91-9899637758.
- Retain the original packaging (foam and cushioning) for its safe return journey.

Cancellations
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and allow cancellations under these conditions:

- Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by writing to thewhiteinkdecor@gmail.com or contacting +91-9899637758.
- Post-24 Hours: Orders cannot be canceled or altered once packed/shipped and must follow the return process.
- COD Orders: Non-accepted COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only for:
Damaged or defective products returned with proper proof (e.g., unboxing video).

Refund options include:
- Store Credits: Processed immediately after approval.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly into your account.
- COD Orders: Refunded via NEFT transfer (5-6 days processing).

Special Notes
- Handmade Products: Slight variations in texture, color, and size are natural and not considered defects.
- Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired.
- Disputes: Unresolved disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Kolkata, India.
