Returns & Exchanges
- Credit Notes: For eligible returns or exchanges, credit notes will be issued to the email address linked to your purchase or the email address provided during registration.
- Replacements: Replacements will be provided subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a credit note will be issued.

Shipping Refunds: Refunds for proportionate shipping costs will only be provided as credit notes if your return qualifies under our free return policy (e.g., damaged or incorrectly delivered items).

Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled by emailing us at info@whiteinkdecor.in before the order is dispatched.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be canceled immediately upon request.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, with a 5% processing fee deducted.
- Partially paid orders will also be refunded to the original payment source within the same timeframe and with the same processing fee applied. ??

Shipping
- Shipping is managed by trusted third-party logistics providers. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
- In case of delivery delays or non-delivery, we will communicate your concerns to the logistics provider, but we cannot be held responsible for any issues during the shipping process.
